SC directs IBDF to move Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal against TRAI’s tariff orders
Counsels appearing for IBDF told the SC that the tariff order restricted broadcasters’ ability to provision the signals of their pay channels to Prasar Bharati thereby impinging upon their fundamental right to freedom of speech and expression as guaranteed under Article 19 (1) (a) of the Constitution.
