India to allot satellite internet spectrum via administrative method
Telecom Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia announced that spectrum for satellite services in India will be allocated administratively, but it will not be without cost.

Talking about the 4G coverage of uncovered villages in the country, the Minister said a total of 7,101 4G mobile towers have been commissioned by telcos, including Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel and BSNL under various Digital Bharat Nidhi funded 4G schemes including 4G saturation scheme.
